Start with the sizing system
Ring size labels differ between countries and suppliers. Check the sizing system in the product’s options before ordering. A number without its system is incomplete information. If the listing does not identify the system, contact us with the product name and your measured size.
Use a professional measurement
A jeweler can measure your finger with ring gauges and check a ring you already own on a mandrel. Paper strips and string can stretch, sit at an angle or measure the wrong part of the finger. Treat at-home estimates as a starting point, not a guarantee of fit.
Check the knuckle and wearing position
The ring needs to pass over the knuckle while remaining comfortable at the base of the finger. Finger size can vary with temperature and time of day. Measure when your hands are at a normal temperature and explain any large difference between your knuckle and finger base to the jeweler.
Band width and stacking change fit
A wide band or several rings worn together can feel tighter than one slim ring. Try gauges or rings close to the intended width. Consider the complete bridal set rather than measuring for a single thin band and assuming every style will feel the same.
Do not assume resizing is possible
Eternity, channel and some pavé settings can be difficult to resize. Plated metals and particular construction methods may also limit alterations. Confirm whether the individual design can be resized and what terms apply before purchase; no store-wide resizing promise is implied.
