Requesting a change
Email your order reference and the change requested. Processing may begin before a request is received, so cancellation, address changes or variant changes cannot be guaranteed.
Custom and fulfilled orders
Treatment of made-to-order, personalized and already-shipped items requires confirmation under the applicable order terms. Please confirm restrictions before ordering. Do not assume cancellation is free or automatically available.
After approval
If a cancellation or change is approved, keep the written confirmation. Any refund or replacement follows the confirmed terms and applicable law; refer to Returns & Exchanges for related information.
